Re-designing the interior living space for this small condominium was needed as the owner desired a larger cooking space for entertaining family and friends.  The living room, entry, kitchen, and dining room were all to be housed in a room of 18'x18', confining the premises.  A solution was reached which would use a corner of the space for the cooking area.  Carefully situating several angles for the countertop and cabinets, a gentle circulation guided the eye around the space and out to the green space just outside the window.  As space was of the essence, carving into the new wall construction and using the 3-1/2" airspace behind the drywall for shelving and storage allowed for additional spaces to be utilized.
